Young Professionals Forum

The future of all accounting, law and advisory firms lays in the hands of the younger generation. The sooner young professionals can benefit from an international exchange, ideas, concepts and the broader understanding of global business, the better. At GGI, we have always fostered the development of the future leaders at our member firms -- striving for young lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and business consultants to get to know one another and to develop direct relationships and business lines, for the benefit of all GGI member firms.

In order to identify and develop within GGI a group of young professionals representing the future leadership of our member firms, we invite all members to identify at least one or two colleagues who can be the main reference person for GGI Head Office with regards to any activities related to this group. We would like to especially invite this next generation to participate in our online webinars, some of our in-person meetings, and further projects. We would also like to encourage them to contribute to our publications, and to join the "younger" branches of our expert groups, e.g. Young ITPG.

This initiative serves various purposes. It will provides a platform for the most important asset of GGI member firms: the next generation of professionals. Furthermore, it is a great way to retain and motivate the talent in GGI member firms by creating more opportunities for young professionals and by potentially setting up an in-house rewarding mechanism providing access to the full GGI network and range of activities. It also helps them to stay abreast of recent international developments in several business areas, to grow their personal networks by establishing new contacts, and to generate more business whilst becoming more effective leaders.

Members are invited to email GGI Head Office (info@ggi.com) with any the contact details of at least one or two [although this number is not limited] young professionals at the firm that would like to be involved in this group.
