Aylix K. Jensen elected shareholder of Moss & Barnett

Jensen focuses her practice on defending creditors, fintech companies, collection agencies, and debt buyers in consumer litigation and regulatory matters at both federal and state levels. She has substantial experience defending clients against claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other consumer protection laws and regulations. She also offers strategic guidance regarding compliance and risk management. Jensen received her JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, and her BA from the University of Minnesota‑Twin Cities.
