Juhrig Ingenieure GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist engineering firm with particular expertise in the healthcare sector was acquired by encoviva (Platform of German private equity firm Greenpeak Partner). Encoviva is a dynamic group of companies that promotes innovative, ecologically and economically sustainable solutions in the building sector.
Corporate Finance Hannover advised the shareholder in the sale of 100% of the shares. The Transaction was led by Sven Dierking and Max Irmer. The transaction was led by Sven Dierking.
