The acquisition marks a milestone in the expansion of FactSet's Real-Time Solution Suite, strengthening its market data management capabilities. Combined with its premium Real-Time Consolidated Data Feeds, it helps firms meet the demands of a rapidly evolving capital markets landscape.

Delphi Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to FactSet throughout the entire process, including overall relationship building management with the sellers, financial assessment and valuation support, due diligence coordination, transaction and financial structuring and commercial support during contractual negotiations.
