GCG Deal Announcement | NorthStar Corporate Finance advised Bran Castle

NorthStar Corporate Finance advised the owners of Bran Castle in the majority stake sale of its operating company CADB to Ad Populum, the operator of Graceland in Memphis, TN.

The Bran Castle is worldwide known as "Dracula's Castle", located in the region of Transylvania in Romania. Bran is one of Romania's most famous tourist attractions.

Ad Populum is an investment company which aligns corporate strategy and fosters growth across its diverse portfolio of legendary brands.
