SSG Capital Advisors, LLC has advised Amoroso's in the recapitalization with a Private Lender.

Established in 1904 and headquartered in Bellmawr, New Jersey, Amoroso’s is a Greater Philadelphia-based, fully-integrated manufacturer and distributor of hearth-baked bread, rolls and bagels.

Amoroso’s is known for its high-quality end products and is one of North America’s largest family-owned bakeries. Amoroso’s sought to refinance and maximize its borrowing capacity with a new lender to fund its strategic growth plans.
