SSG Capital Advisors, LLC has advised H2 Brands Group in the sale of all its assets to Gordon Brothers and Nations Capital.

H2B is a leading consumer products company with a portfolio of 22 nationally recognized brands featuring over 10,500 products in 30+ categories intended for every room of the consumer’s home. The Company’s distribution footprint includes 790,000 square feet across North America, and sixteen countries in its global sourcing network.

The sale to Gordon Brothers and Nations Capital was approved by the Bankruptcy Court on 29 March 2023, and closed two days later. SSG’s special situations expertise and experience running expedited processes resulted in a competitive environment that maximized stakeholder value and allowed the business to move forward under a new operator.
