MH&H Welcomes Partner Parag Parekh To Its Expanding Condominium & Co-Op Practice
Moritt Hock & Hamroff is delighted to announce the addition of Parag Parekh as a Partner in our Condominium & Cooperative Services Practice Group, based in our New York City office.
Previously a Partner at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas, Parag brings more than 15 years of experience advising boards and representing developers, purchasers, sellers, and investors in commercial and residential real estate matters. He began his career as an Assistant Attorney in the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
“Moritt Hock & Hamroff is recognized as having one of the premier Condo & Co-Op practices in New York, led by a highly respected team, and it was the right choice for the next phase of my career,” said Parag. “I’m excited to join the firm and help contribute to its continued success.”
“Parag’s experience from private practice and his unique perspective from working in the Attorney General’s Office will significantly bolster our capabilities,” said Anthony Ficara, Chair of the Condominium & Cooperative Services Practice Group. “As New York City stands on the cusp of a residential housing boom, and boards navigate compliance obligations under the ever-changing landscape of new laws and regulations, his insights and expertise will ensure we can meet growing client demands.”
“Our Condo & Co-Op practice has built strong momentum over the past several years, and Parag’s arrival further strengthens our partner bench,” said Michael Cardello III, Managing Partner. “He is an outstanding addition to the firm and another example of top-tier talent choosing Moritt Hock & Hamroff.”
