HNH Partners is a leading M&A advisory firm with offices in Northern Ireland and Scotland with an office due to open in Dublin at the start of 2027.

Established in 2009, the firm was founded to provide specialist corporate finance strategy and transaction solutions to SMEs throughout the UK and Ireland. Over the years, HNH has expanded its service offering to include transaction services, tax advisory, debt advisory business planning, financial modelling and valuation support, helping clients achieve their growth, succession and strategic objectives.

Drawing on expertise gained in private equity, banking, due diligence, lead advisory and restructuring, HNH's team combines technical excellence with commercial insight to deliver practical, value-driven advice. With a team of 35 professionals across three offices, the firm has advised on more than 215 transactions with a combined value exceeding GBP 2 bn and looks forward to collaborating with fellow GCG and GGI members.
