Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC, the FINRA registered broker dealer affiliate of Statesman Business Advisors, LLC advised Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. in securing growth financing from J.P. Morgan.

Perma-Pipe is a leading provider of engineered piping systems and leak detection solutions serving energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets worldwide. The Company is headquartered in the US with operations throughout North America, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and India. The new credit facility enhances Perma-Pipe’s liquidity and financial flexibility, providing the capital needed to support working capital requirements, pursue strategic growth opportunities, and continue expanding its presence in key markets around the world.

The financing consists of a $75 million revolving credit facility, a $14 million term loan facility, and access to an additional $50 million of incremental capacity. The new facility consolidates Perma-Pipe’s existing credit arrangements into a single global financing structure, providing a more efficient and centralised platform to support the Company’s international operations.
