David Schoenberger is a global finance leader with expertise in transforming PE-backed, publicly traded, and privately owned companies in the US, Latin America, and Europe. He is skilled in scaling operations, optimising cash flow, and building high-performance teams. He has driven growth through proactive collaboration with management teams, implementing KPIs, and streamlining processes. 

John Vaillancourt is a results-driven CFO with extensive experience in private equity-backed SaaS and healthcare technology companies. He specialises in transforming financial operations to drive scalability and profitability. John’s track record includes building high-performing finance teams, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and IPO readiness, all while prioritising financial health and operational excellence. He also has a comprehensive background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), recurring revenue management, and strategic partnerships, ensuring robust cash flow management, cost optimisation, and accurate forecasting. 

John Ferrara is a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer with experience in strategic planning, business development, risk management, investor relations, M&A, cash flow, capital raising, financial reporting, FP&A, compliance, strategy, and streamlining operations. He has worked with public, private, and private equity portfolio companies, including startups, turnarounds, and high-growth organisations, and has a prior background at two Fortune 500 corporations and a Big 4 public accounting firm. John has executed business plans and strategies for capital raising, identifying, negotiating, closing, and integrating acquisitions, increasing profitability and cash flow, and building shareholder value.
